Li'l Smokey arrives at Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care in South Lake Tahoe at 3pm on Friday, July 18, 2008.  His first step will be an examination by the vet, Dr. Kevin Willitts (see next photo).  Li'l Smokey weighs in at 8 1/2 pounds and has third degree burns on ALL four paws.  The six month old cub was transported to LTWC from the Region 2 headquarters of Calif. Fish and Game.
