This photo gives a better look at the booties Li'l Smokey has been wearing for the past week.  He was moved from the airline pet carrier in the clinic (about 4' x 3' x 3') to an outside cage last Friday.  The cage is 8' x 24' and 13' high, but we modified it to fit a little bear cub!  Smokey's portion of this cage is 8' x 4' x 4'.  It has a carpet floor and plywood walls.  There is no top on this modified cage, because the walls are 4' high and he can barely reach half that height.
